People i been have thinking (only uaes votes please... opinions may be from everyone)

Alright guys i been thinking bout this.... Because uaes is becomming the whole shl community i wanna shrink uaes... by size... but not by members. I know it sounds weird.... but i been talking to some people bout this and it will be alot of work. but it can be hell lot interesting.

The idea is as followed. Uaes has tons of good players but most are only skilled in arthur. Seeing uaes is getting this big... control is fading away as well and trianing and such becomes harder. So we split uaes up in 3 parts.

Remaining ranks stay the same.
ƒI The Arthur devision
ê The Evil devision
í The Ice devision

The idea is that the clan will be split in 3 smaller groups. In these smaller groups people are closer with eachother and training will be more as well. Every devision has a small leader who will have good skill in the devision. This leader is the coach of the team and will train them to their best.

After a period, the people will switch from team sides and get training from the other team devision. These 3 teams will be friendly but competitive. So the devision leaders need to do their best to improve their teammates cause every person counts. After a period it will be ended by a tournament between the 3 devisions.

I wanna improve the skill of all players in all types of games... Not just arthur. I wanna improve arthur vs evil evil vs ice ice vs arthur everything. And this will work best in small groups. People will switch every 3 weeks/month and just roulette.

I know this will be alot of changes and also alot of work. But if everyone works for it it can make the game so much more interesting. I wanna hear you're opinions about this.

Hell, Ngl If one of you guys disagree with this and don't got enough time for a long argument just say no and then it is off. I seen you both checked the forum the last week so i hope you guys can find the time to read this.

Merko,Mark Coleader for now only is about recruiting. If this goes on i am going to be needing alot of work in the planning of the tournaments and the switching of players. So i want you're opinions on this case as well.


All uaes members please vote if you like the idea or not and how you have the idea in mind and maybe improvments.... just give me as much feedback as possible. if you vote please tell me what you think of it as well.

Nah night this had nothing to do with you... more that uaes has a big amount of players.... and without some reorganisation it will give trouble and not all play for pro like. also the fun part needs to stay in... that's important for a clan

honestly, great idea, the only problem is, I don't exactly think this will shrink uaes, I think it will spread us out more. Think about it, the largest clan getting orginized and spreading out through all of SHL. if you mean for us to think of the divisions kind of like seprate clans, then that won't work because of the changing members. Basically, I love the idea of divisions, however, I don't think it will work as intented.

I think you should go with the idea, but with a few changes. First, no member changes, as this makes it confusing and undermines the whole system. There will also be more a sense of friendly rivalry if the members are the same. Second, obviously allow members to choose their divisions unless it becomes unfair (like we can't have 20 evil and 3 arthur). Third, (not entirely sure about this one) Division leaders can trade players, divide their faction more (if wanted), assign roles within that faction and more. The main goal of all this faction orginizing, would be to win the monthly tournament. Accurate records should be kept as far as who is in what faction, who wins what tourny and etc.

That being said, I would volunteer to lead arthur, but I suck , so instead I volunteer to work on the more intracite details involving orginization.

Glad you all like it sofar.... and the trading idea is pretty nice as well. but i want all Devisions to stay equal.... certainly in numbers. And that people also shift to improve it all. As for expanding i don't think we will. only the people in uaes know about our idea and unless we are going to promote it i think it will work as planned with 3 smaller groups.

If all people are kinda divided in a good form. 10 arthur 10 ice 10 evil. there won't be any problems... but we trained alot in arthur... so i doubt people will go easely for something else. Bottom line if someone dislikes evil i can inmagine that but he should shift between ice and arthur abit then . But yeah for that we need a hell lot of planning.... and everyone needs to be active on the forum then if it wanna work.

It does get confusing yes.... hmm Maybe the idea of letting people trade.... but i don't want this to become a kind of soccer league were people get a prica tag on their head. so then really easely if someone wanna try ice and a other wanna try arthur that those 2 shift.

About you're third point... i agree bout the trading..... it can give a nice swing to it. But not even more deviding... cause we got like 10 rnaks already and else we got 100. un named functions yes... but special rnaks no. And yes it needs to be completely accurate... so the devision leaders need to work alot on administrative work lol.

For organisation we can always use people. First thing of action is every uaes an account here and checking this out. That is important if we want this to work... But i need hell and ngl's opinion aboout this first before we are doing anything

You see that 3 people already voted for arthur? So letting people chose their own thing wouldnt work too handy. People should give a first choice and a second choice...and then we can decide it abit.

Yeah i was thinking bout that as well... but the name ain't invented by me... and people know us by uaes so that name i wanna keep in our tag. The name has a special meaning... founded by the 4 original leaders who were all evil players.

So we can't change alot on it Keep the idea's comming though... the trading idea sounds perfect if people think everyone as equal and not as a 100$ player and a 5 $ player. I think if a person wanna switch he needs to do this by the forum i think. But yeah.

Anyhow people if you see a uaes who hasn't have a forum account yet could all of you ask him to come online on the forum, register and check this out as well? I do the same... i want everyones opinion even if they think this is a suckish idea.

its a noob idea not every uaes can be online on the same day and if you split us in 3 we can't train all styles (evil.ice and arthur) so... i disagree... :o :o

mr x what if somone wants to get trained in all like me u saying to me that i have to get good in all to become leader and all setts and yea i can do all setts but lose to most. like in no trade my first time i came second lol. i even got a merlin and killed most of ur guys mrx lol

The goal in the end is to trian people in all so if you wanna trian in ice first you go with ice until after the tournament then you can either stick with ice, or shift to either evil/arthur

Hmmm, well the trading and stuff would depend on how long we have in between each tourny, and then, after a tourny, does everyone except the leader rotate to the next group, or is it random who goes where? so like, would we stay with the same people and all shift from faction to faction?

Hmm...I'm beginning to like that idea Mr.X.However,if we do split this into three divisions,should we make a rank for each of them??Hmm...Is there any use for that anyways??Maybe for tournaments,but for like 1v1 of course they would want to use Arthur because it's a fair faction or selection.Hmm...This idea is a little wierd and would need tons of planning.If we pick who's ice or athur or evil then you should first list who's in the clan first,then even it up.It would be a problem if some uÆš are left out.After you even it up and selected who's being what,then start training with who has the same selection as yours.Hmm...Let's just hope it works.Well,good luck guys with this idea.I'll help you guys if you need it.Too bad I got work to do...:(Have fun in stronghold without me.Hope I see you guys again next weekend^^Be pros in each selection and have fun;)

X - your concept is interesting .... i like it mainly but i got little doubt ppl are going on playing one race all the time....

Its encouraging those for sure who play allways Arthur to try somethin other but think of special maps where its an advantage to take a special race and you get it hard with both other...

Well....X is ice-champion, if there are 2 of the other best skilled Members are willing to specialise on 1 race and train the groups and hold them together .....

Hmm yeah... the ide is that they mainly train in 1 race. if they still wanna do arthur vs arthur sure... but they can trian in other type like ice and evil and such. I have a name in mind for arthur but not yet for evil. So that much sitll needs to be found out.

PEOPLE i seen members with an A in their name but it's just an idea yet! it's not in practise also and if you all going for a freaking A in you're name this is not going to work If people wanna be a A I or E they just tell it here and also give a second choice. People like me and others will try to make it in fair sections it's maiinly to have people do other types of games and in closer groups. if we all go with arthur there won't be any freaking difference.

So i don't want to see any A in the lobby anymore until it is written down here who get's an A or other sign.

I still need from everyone an acocunt here and i need to know who are completly active. For the tournament i think the devision leaders should decide who they put in the fight. but that is for a later stadium. I am updating the members list now... to see how many people we have active atm. i think if we got 21 or more active we can split in 3 groups.

Also Hero.... shame that you won't be on alot.... and no... our ranks stay the same W H HL and the † trainer addition. the only change is that people get an A I or E in their tag.

And i think the devision leaders will only shift if they wanna trian in something else. If other people wanna have a shot at becomming a devision leader i think they can chalange them for a 1 on 1 on marine's koth map. I want the devision leader to be able to speak english though. Else i had a perfect player for evil already but he only speaks german.... :S that aint handy for training. Later on i summ up all that we talked about in a clear topic. This is just idea's people....

Also i think people who are hl will get a bigger chance of having their first choice then someone who just joined and is a w. see it as a kind of privelege for some players.

I like the challange idea, and the HL priority idea! (which reminds me, when am I gettin promoted to HL?)

Hmm...I forgot about the challenging thing about trying to be a leader for one of the factions.Hmm...would be good if you challenge for being leader of what faction you wanna lead to train the rest.However,don't try to do like a tournament if you want to be leader.Would be easier if you could vote who you guys want to be leader in the selected faction.You could do a 1v1 if you want,but then there would be other challengers waiting to play for leader.Hmm...This is just my opinion though,but might be a good point.
